Professional landscapers work hard – and they need tools that can keep up. RedMax makes exactly those tools. But while their product performance had earned strong loyalty in the field, the brand image had not kept pace. It was time to differentiate and elevate RedMax in a highly competitive B2B market, building greater connection with end users and driving new energy across the distributor network.
RedMax focuses exclusively on the professional market, bringing a deep understanding of both the landscaping pros who rely on their tools and the distributors who serve them. The new positioning had to speak to that professional pride, to the hard work itself, and to the satisfaction that comes from doing reliably great work with RedMax support. It also needed to work powerfully in both English and Spanish to engage key market segments.
S3 McMillan developed a new brand positioning and tagline: Dominate the Landscape. / Domina el Paisaje. This powerful rally cry authentically connected with the hardworking professionals RedMax serves – and with the distributors who help them dominate their own markets. We also refreshed the brand look and feel to match this bold new positioning, helping re-energize RedMax at both the field level and across its sales ecosystem.
