PE-backed tech company Fulcrum Collaborations was growing fast. As awareness expanded for both the corporate brand and its flagship SaaS product, MCIM (Mission Critical Information Management), it became clear that future growth would be amplified by the power of one cohesive brand. Fulcrum sought a unified, scalable brand – and a bold new website to define it.

MCIM had more brand equity than Fulcrum, so the company went all in on the name. Our early discovery sessions also clarified a unique blend of brand archetypes, reinforcing MCIM’s new positioning as the only platform built exclusively for mission-critical data centers – where failure is not an option. The resulting brand needed to project rigor, decisiveness, and stability under pressure.

S3 McMillan led a refined evolution of the existing visual identity – to retain visual equity while transforming impact. The new brand system is strong, sophisticated, and tech-forward, reflecting their precise and proof-driven tone of voice. And the new website we created clearly identifies MCIM’s capabilities and core audiences, leaving no doubt about its strength as an industry leader.
